With 4 fully equipped, air conditioned training rooms, two indoor workshops and a large outdoor training area Comet is capable of providing a wide range of training including classroom based theory training and hands-on practical training.
To ensure the needs of industry and individuals are met, Comet Training also offers a range of flexible delivery options including training outside of normal working hours, and on-site training.

Equal Employment Opportunity Groups
Comet has successfully conducted training programmes for government designated disadvantaged groups such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, the intellectually at risk and the long-term unemployed.
This pre-employment training is designed to increase the number of entry level training places taken up by industry and to accelerate the skill acquisition process. This training articulates into the current apprenticeship and traineeship systems and makes a positive contribution to addressing skills shortages.
As a Registered Training Organisation, courses offered by Comet Training may be eligible for government subsidy, provided by the Department of Education and Training through the Training Strategy for the Building and Construction Industry in NSW.
Other programmes such as the Approved Provider List, Contract Training Provision, and the Access Programme ensure funding is available to a broad spectrum of training across all industries.
